What kind of reports can I get?

It’s simple and easy to create reports for revalidation, research and audit using the pro one™ reporting tool.  Users have the ability to run reports in one of two ways; by using the in-built reporting template tool- detailed reports can be exported into Excel or into CSV format for further analysis, or via our high level dashboard widget reports which populate snapshot overview graphs of key reports such as compliance, funding, outcomes and more.

Can I add both NHS and private patients?

Yes, you can.  Private practice patients can be entered immediately, usually from a feed straight from your private practice software. For NHS patients, you must seek permission from your hospital to record your patient data.  To receive our pro one™ ‘Caldicott Guardian’ pack, which will guide you through the process, please contact Amplitude on 0333 014 6363 or email customer.support@amplitude-clinical.com.

How do I get patient consent?

In the first email communications your patient receives from pro one™, the patient will indicate consent to the data gathering process.  You do not have to do anything, although it’s advised you discuss the process with your patient at their first appointment.

How do I send my data to the registries?

If you want to contribute to any one of the Amplitude registries, you can activate your registry interface.  There is no need to duplicate any data – you just need to ensure you use one of the approved registry pathways. For more information contact info@amplitude-clinical.com
