The report data will export to excel in a table format to allow you to sort, filter, create pivot tables, format graphs and analyse the outcomes. This is only relevant if you use a <em>pro enterprise<\/em>\u2122 or <em>pro one<\/em>\u2122 system.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17650&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]Once you have selected a pathway type you will see a selection of report items. <strong>Blue<\/strong> icons are standard forms, <strong>green<\/strong> icons are forms with score components and <strong>red<\/strong> icons are procedure forms.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17651&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Click and drag<\/strong> the forms you require for the report onto the canvas below. Please note: this is based on pathway start date, any patients whose pathways started in that range will be included in the report.<\/p>\n<p>You can then choose your <strong>report scope<\/strong> options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2018My Patients Only\u2019 \u2013 this will include only the patients whose pathways you are the owner of. This will not return any data for delegates.<\/li>\n<li>\u2018All Patients I Have Access To\u2019 \u2013 this will return all patients whose pathways you are the owner of and all other patients you have been given access to.<\/li>\n<li>\u2018All Patients\u2019 \u2013 this is only available to select users, this returns all patients on your Amplitude system.<\/li>\n<li>\u2018All Patients of Users I Delegate For\u2019 \u2013 will return all of the patients, belonging to all of the pathway owners you currently delegate for.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then choose to <strong>export to MS Excel or save as a csv file<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Click <strong>Run Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you have a 4:3 resolution monitor the <strong>report scope<\/strong> options window will appear facing inwards, towards the middle of the screen.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17704&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]Whilst the report runs it will show in \u2018<strong>My Running Reports<\/strong>\u2019 with a spinning arrow. The data type will change the format for that column automatically when the data is downloaded. There are three data output options:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Text<\/strong> &#8211; This will return the word response the user selected<\/p>\n<p><strong>Value<\/strong> &#8211; If the questionnaire contains scoring, this will return the value associated with the chosen response<\/p>\n<p><strong>Code<\/strong> &#8211; If there is a corresponding code to the response, this will be returned.<\/p>\n<p>Each selection will return in a separate column, entitled &#8216;text&#8217;, &#8216;value&#8217; or &#8216;code&#8217; to assist with data manipulation.<\/p>\n<p>If you un-tick and re-tick the items these options will return back to the default.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17713&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]Another feature is to &#8216;<strong>Show Selected Items<\/strong>&#8216; only. If you do not select a form to be the pivot it will <strong>default<\/strong> to the <strong>pathway start date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>With a Pivot Form selected you will see various arrows on all other multiple instance forms, as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Score forms do not have pivot options, all instances of the selected score will be shown in the report.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17721&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<strong>Make a Pivot Form:<\/strong> A pivot form is a form which all other forms can be chosen around. For example, your patients may have five completed notes forms on their pathways and to pick the one most relevant for your report, you would like to see their results pre and post op. By making the procedure form a pivot form, this puts a marker in at that point and allows you to pick which is pre-op and which are post-op. There can be more than one pivot form but only one pivot form of the same form type. For every instance of a pivot form, a new row in MS Excel is generated.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Earliest Instance on a Pathway:\u00a0<\/strong>This is the earliest point on the pathway that this form was given, regardless of when the pivot form was completed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Earliest Instance Pre-Pivot:\u00a0<\/strong>This will take the selected questions from the form that occurred furthest pre-pivot.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Latest Instance Pre-Pivot:<\/strong>\u00a0This is the form closest to the pivot form before the pivot form was created.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Post-Pivot options:\u00a0<\/strong>These options are identical to their Pre-Pivot counterparts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fa fa-tachometer&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221; title=&#8221;Instant Reports&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1575470938525-feb22a2b-d769&#8243;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Instant Reports<\/h2>\n<p>Instant Reports, Funnel Plots and Score Comparator are graphs that provide a brief, real time overview of your data. Unlike the report writer they update instantly meaning they include any information inputted today.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the sensitive nature of the data, some of these graphs are only available to pathway owners.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17732&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]To access these reports first click the reports icon.<\/p>\n<p>Click the report you require.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17735&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h6>Instant Reports:<\/h6>\n<p>If configuring your Instant Reports for the first time click Configure Your Dashboard. Drag and drop the reports you require; these can be rearranged in any order.<\/p>\n<p>Once happy click Confirm Chart Selection.<\/p>\n<p>Now whenever you go to your Instant Reports these will load using real time data.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17737&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h6>Funnel Plot:<\/h6>\n<p>Only available to pathway owners.<\/p>\n<p>Choose the Score you would like to plot and which pathways to cover.<\/p>\n<p id=\"funnel-plot-diag-hdr\" class=\"page-sub-heading clickable\"><strong>How is this calculated?<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"se-diag\" class=\"row\" data-show=\"false\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-8 col-md-6 col-sm-12\">\n<ol id=\"funnel-plot-steps-list\">\n<li>Each consultants completed scores on a given pathway are cross-referenced against all instances of completed procedures on the same pathway. Pathways without a completed procedure are ignored.<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<em>latest<\/em>\u00a0instance of a completed score prior to the patients\u00a0<em>first<\/em>\u00a0procedure\u00a0<span class=\"funnel-plot-formula\">(a)<\/span>\u00a0is then selected along with the\u00a0<em>earliest<\/em>\u00a0instance of a completed score\u00a0<em>(and within the configured post-op date range)<\/em>\u00a0after the patients\u00a0<em>latest<\/em>\u00a0procedure\u00a0<span class=\"funnel-plot-formula\">(b)<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>The score difference\u00a0<span class=\"funnel-plot-formula\">(d)<\/span>\u00a0is then calculated as:\u00a0<span class=\"funnel-plot-formula\">d = (b &#8211; a)<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>The number of pathways with a completed procedure owned by the consultant is then calculated\u00a0<span class=\"funnel-plot-formula\">(n)<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>The average difference\u00a0<span class=\"funnel-plot-formula\">(x\u0304)<\/span>\u00a0is then calculated as:\u00a0<span class=\"funnel-plot-formula\">x\u0304 = (\u2211(d) \/ n)<\/span>\u00a0to create the final scatter plot value.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>1.96<\/strong>\u00a0is the approximate value of the 97.5 percentile point of the normal distribution used in probability and statistics.\u00a0<strong>95%<\/strong>\u00a0of the area under a normal curve lies within roughly 1.96 standard errors of the mean, and due to the central limit theorem, this number is therefore used in the construction of approximate 95% confidence intervals. Its ubiquity is due to the arbitrary but common convention of using confidence intervals with 95% coverage rather than other coverages (such as 90% or 99%). This may have been caused by a system upgrade or a clinical change to the pathway. To find out how to do this see previous guides in this section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Select all the data<\/strong> by clicking the small box in-between the column letter &#8216;A&#8217; and the row number &#8216;1&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Click <strong>Insert<\/strong> and then <strong>PivotTable<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17807&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]A box will pop-up. To do this <strong>right-click &#8216;Sum of Pathway ID&#8217;<\/strong>, hover over &#8216;<strong>Summarize Values By<\/strong>&#8216; and click <strong>Count<\/strong>.
