They may come through on your Enterprise Interface, be added by the patient themselves using self registration in clinic or added directly by a delegate or consultant. To reduce potential duplicate records the system will automatically search to see if a patient with identical criteria already exists. It is optional to complete more or less detail.<\/p>\n<p>Click <strong>save<\/strong> when complete.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>You cannot collect any post op scores without completing a procedure\/operative form.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When completing a procedure form if you want the system to generate post-op scores and send email reminders automatically to the patient ensure you choose &#8216;trigger post-op outcome measures&#8217; tab_id=&#8221;1642599931593-14ab9a2c-fe58&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Using the Trigger Alert Function<\/h2>\n<p>The Trigger Alert function is a way of monitoring any significant deviation in a patients scores and question responses.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18636&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]First find the Trigger Alert function tab, this will be labelled &#8216;alerts&#8217; in the User settings tab at the bottom left side of the screen.<\/p>\n<p>If the system can verify your email address and phone number are real, they will be displayed at the top of the Trigger Alert tab page.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18637&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]When deviations appear, clinicians are automatically alerted via the system, which makes it extremely useful for proactive patient management, remote patient monitoring and virtual clinics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After a Trigger Alert notification has been sprung a red alert symbol will be present at the top left of the patients profile.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18640&#8243; img_size=&#8221;Large&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]For some systems they will also be shows a <strong>Validation Error List<\/strong> on the <strong>upper left-hand side<\/strong>, listing all current required fields on the form.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18654&#8243;
