Each time a new browser version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version from that vendor. There will be times when users may be using an older version on a device using IOS or Android platforms and have an issue arise. In these instances, we will look at these on a case-by-case basis and if possible with reasonable effort be able to apply a fix, then we will do so. If this is not feasible then the user will have to accept a newer version will be required to continue running the application.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;How is the date and time displayed in Amplitude?&#8221;]Where time is shown on the Amplitude system this is using a <strong>24-hour clock<\/strong> format e.g., 22:00.<\/p>\n<p>Dates are displayed as <strong>DDMonYY<\/strong> however the system will understand other formats such as DD\/MM\/YY and convert these to the default display.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;How do I pay for my pro one\u2122 account?&#8221;]<em>pro one\u2122\u00a0<\/em>is chargeable on a monthly basis via direct debit. You will be contacted via your <strong>Amplitude account manager<\/strong> and asked to fill in your <strong>direct debit<\/strong> form.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Why have no future forms been triggered?&#8221;]The most common reason there are no future forms triggering is because <strong>no form has been completed to set the triggers<\/strong>. In most situations a procedure form needs to be completed before any future forms will appear. When a form is completed, it will turn from red to black.<\/p>\n<p>If this is not the case, it might be your account has <strong>future tasks set to hidden<\/strong>, see <a href=\"https:\/\/amplitude-clinical.com\/amplitude-clinical-knowledge-base\/clinician-tasks\/#1575470872736-845c0dca-09c4\">How to Hide\/View Future Tasks<\/a>.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Why can&#8217;t my patient login to the patient portal?&#8221;]There are several reasons a patient may not be able to log in:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Duplicate patient records.<\/li>\n<li>Incorrect demographic data.<\/li>\n<li>Screen lock is enabled on patient\u2019s mobile device.<\/li>\n<li>Patient misunderstanding instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Patient using an old device which Amplitude does not support.<\/li>\n<li>Poor or unstable internet connection.<\/li>\n<li>Additional patient details are required to distinguish between patients.<\/li>\n<li>Patient has forgotten or incorrectly entered their security question.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For more detail, please see <a href=\"https:\/\/amplitude-clinical.com\/amplitude-clinical-knowledge-base\/patient-portal\/#1575470938525-feb22a2b-d769\">Why Can&#8217;t my Patient Access the Portal?<\/a>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;How do I create reports in the amplitude system?&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Locate the report page button at the top right of the Amplitude dashboard, the icon looks like a blue bar chart.<\/li>\n<li>Click report page icon to go to the report page.<\/li>\n<li>Once on the report page you can either create a new report, go to public reports, go to in-built reports, or look at Ad-Hoc reports.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Public reports, in-built reports, and Ad-Hoc reports are public reports previously created by Admin staff to aid clinicians in understanding data in their system, apart from the date range selected, these reports cannot be edited.<\/p>\n<p>To create your own report:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Create a Name.<\/li>\n<li>Select a Pathway Type.<\/li>\n<li>Select a Report Access Type.<\/li>\n<li>Choose to Show Data Exchanged Patients or not.<\/li>\n<li>Choose a folder to save it in. \u2018Default\u2019 has been selected automatically.<\/li>\n<li>Finally select the report items you require, alongside what data within said report item you want.<\/li>\n<li>Remember to select a pivot form, and how far before or after the pivot you want the data to record.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I<span class=\"TextRun SCXW262500834 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW262500834 BCX0\">f you are struggling to create a report or find the one you require, have a look through the training videos on the <strong>Training Hub<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_toggle title=&#8221;What do the different coloured forms mean?&#8221;]<strong>Red<\/strong> &#8211; Incomplete Tasks<\/p>\n<p><strong>Black<\/strong> &#8211; Complete Forms<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grey<\/strong> &#8211; Future Tasks[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;How can I set up a demographics feed with my private practice system?&#8221;]To set up a feed with your Private Practice Management System (PPMS) supplier you will need to contact them directly.<\/p>\n<p>Currently we support interfaces with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bluespier<\/li>\n<li>PPM<\/li>\n<li>DGL<\/li>\n<li>Others are under development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your supplier will be able to tell you how to enable this within your PPMS.<\/p>\n<p>Once setup, whenever you create activity (appointments or treatments) for a patient, an Amplitude window will automatically popup in your browser with the patient\u2019s details already pre-loaded.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;How are future outcome scores collected?&#8221;]<span class=\"TextRun SCXW226235450 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW226235450 BCX0\">The system will<strong> automatically trigger the collection of the specified outcome scores<\/strong> at pre-defined time periods in the post-operative period. These scores will be sent at designated time points according to the requirements of each questionnaire. Some scores will only be triggered if a procedure form is present.
