After you\u2019ve entered data\u00a0into a form on a web page (such as a search box), the next time you visit that page, your previous entry will be available to re-use. These may appear on most text fields like\u00a0Patient details, names of procedures or names of forms.\u00a0However some Amplitude users find that as a difficulty. For example, Chrome, Firefox or updated version of internet explorer. The following are instructions to help users through the process of enabling Multi\/Two Factor Authentication on your mobile device.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;]For Android For Apple OS For Windows[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18669&#8243; img_size=&#8221;Large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;]Choose a <strong>mobile device<\/strong> that you want to run your <strong>authentication app<\/strong> on then find the <strong>app store<\/strong> on your given device.<\/p>\n<p>On either of these<strong> app stores<\/strong> you will be able to download either of the following Two Factor Authenticators.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18670&#8243; img_size=&#8221;Full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text]Download the <strong>authenticator app<\/strong> you would like to use. The most commonly used one is <strong>Google Authenticator<\/strong> but you can use any of these listed below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/accounts\/answer\/1066447?hl=en\">Google Authenticator<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/p\/authenticator\/9wzdncrfj3rj?activetab=pivot:overviewtab\">Microsoft Authenticator<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/duo.com\/product\/multi-factor-authentication-mfa\/duo-mobile-app\">Duo Mobile<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/authy.com\/\">Authy<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/lastpass.com\/auth\/\">LastPass Authenticator<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18672&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;]<strong>Authentication Activation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once downloaded, login as you would normally to the registry. You will now be presented with a<strong> two-factor authenticator screen<\/strong> that looks like this.<\/p>\n<p>You will now need to scan the <strong>QR code<\/strong>. Point your mobile device&#8217;s camera at the <strong>QR code<\/strong> while inside the<strong> authenticator app<\/strong> or type in the<strong> Key<\/strong> above the pixel image, add the account when prompted in your <strong>authenticator app<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This will give you a code.
